After Hours Information
In order to maintain the quality of service that you have come to expect, effective January 1st 2011 patients will be charged $10 for each after-hours nurse triage call. If you have an urgent after hour’s medical questions and would like to contact our on-call nurse triage service please hang up and dial 972-293-5370.

Emergencies
For a life threatening emergency please call 911.
If your child needs to be seen at the Emergency Room please contact us at 972-442-2300 or after hours at 972-293-5370 for physician referral. Our physicians are on staff at Children's Medical Center - Dallas and Legacy in Plano.
If your child is acutely ill, and the office is closed, please call 972-293-5370 and speak with our after hours nurse triage service. They will be able to direct you to an urgent care facility or the emergency room if needed. If the office is open, we will usually be able to see your child the same day. Please try and contact the office as early in the day as possible to make an appointment.
It is best not to use the emergency room for routine medical problems which could be handled during regular office hours, since we are familiar with your child's history.
