Pediatric Associates of Wylie was founded in 2005 by Dr. Nicole Lanman to serve the needs of Wylie and the surrounding areas. Being from Wylie, Dr. Lanman had a vision of providing good quality, compassionate health care to those in her own community.

In 2005, we started the practice in the former Hamptons Cleaner's building in Historic downtown Wylie. A little less than a year later, we expanded to encompass the former Wylie Pharmacy Building. Dr. Khouri joined us in the fall of 2006, followed by Betsy Dehart, PNP in the summer of 2008. In 2009, we moved to our current location on Woodbridge Parkway in order to accommodate more staff and patients. What started as a one provider office in downtown Wylie, has rapidly grown to our 5 provider office with the additions of Dr. Rachel Souers and Sandy Nunley, PNP in 2011.

As a practice we desire to be an integral part of the Wylie community. We are supporters of the Wylie ISD athletic programs, Wylie FFA, Wylie ISD PTA programs, Lovejoy ISD athletics, Wylie/Sachse/Murphy Relay for Life and many other community events. Our practice also serves as the Wylie ISD Medical Director, which provides support for our Wylie ISD school nursing department.

We hope that you can see our love for this community and how grateful we are to each of you for allowing us to care for your children. We are excited to be a part of Wylie and the surrounding areas as they continue to grow and change.
